The Road to the End
This is it. The final 24 hours. We are doing a few wild things here, right at the end, since the campaign itself has seen some amazing twists and turns. A few weeks ago, we heard from Elena Manzano, who had done 3d modeling work on two of the Rat Queens and wanted to help our campaign by rounded out the set and adding Braga.

Early on, we had considered mocking up 3D models ourselves, but the truth was, we had no funds to do so. Partnering with Elena first in a profit share on the STL files, which did quite well, made us consider taking her beautiful designs and doing our own print run and making it available for backers.
We did some inquiries and research, and decided, in the end, we could make it possible, but we would need to cross the 200k mark in our funding total. So. Here it is!

And so, we move into the FINAL 48 HOURS!
This is it, the final stretch. We have new stretch goals. We have a final comic coming on that fateful day of October 8th, decided by the Rat Queens Team that has the most points (let's be honest, we already know who it is) and with that finale, two major game additions for anyone whose joined our new campaign with the narrative unlocks (
Beautify, Second Wind, Veteran and Battleborn).What a journey. Many people said we couldn't pull this insane stunt off, and we've proven them wrong. We've proven that those Gus types in the world don't get the last laugh, and they definitely do not get to define the legacy of Rat Queens.
Thank you, from all of us, and especially from Talespinner. We can't wait to get back to finishing this game, and preparing for the many stories and games we want to create in the future!

Ally Expansion Pack!
A new game mechanic and tool for players to heroically beat on the bad guys. Here's what has been unlocked already throughout this campaign by community choice, and is included in all
Beautify, Second Wind (old backers) and Veteran, Battleborn (new backers) pledge tiers.
We have
Eight unreleased Allies (for a total of
Sixteen in the pack) and we decided to do something
fun and new in the final 3 days!
Stretch Goal Surprise! (Now Final 48)
We only had one stretch goal, and that was the amount raised in the previous campaign. And, it looks like we won't be hitting that target, so we've decided, what the hell, let's do a brand new one, since we've done all the work for the Ally Expansion Pack already. So, here we go! Starting today, as of the time of this email, we present:

Yet to come, the end to our story and the final confrontation with Ghastly Gus. The Rat Queens team with the most points (Looking like Hannah at this point) determines which of the endings becomes canon! That ending unlocks TWO major additions to the game for all Campaign Unlock backers. You don't want to miss it.
All will be revealed on October 8th, the last day of our campaign!

Morgan Meldhammer Unlocked
You have unlocked Morgan Meldhammer, one of Violet’s biggest inspirations in leaving home and finding her own way in life. A motherly dwarf who bucked tradition, Morgan aids the Queens by making Friendship Tokens easy to reach and helping them move from one gate to the next.
And Then, Confrontation!
We have come to the end of the branching story and tomorrow, at noon PST, we will reveal the final confrontation of Ghastly Gus! Then, we tally the Team points and reveal which of the Rat Queens will decide how Gus is dealt with by whichever has the most stored up!
On October 8th, our final day, Gus' fate will be revealed, and the Final Narrative Unlocks for this campaign with it.
