Finalize Your Order 

Hello backers!

We are moving into the next phase of the campaign, which is where we will be sending out surveys to your email that will take you to the Pledge Manager to complete your order. This is an opportunity to purchase any add-ons you may have missed, including the 32mm miniatures we added to the campaign in the final hours, or upgrade your pledge to a higher Tier for new backers. (we have an 800 unit minimum order for the miniatures, so be sure to add them if you want them!)

Due to international tensions, we are not charging shipping at this time, and once we are moving into fulfillment (mid-2027), we will be sending out a notification to pay your shipping then.

Reminder: You have already paid for your pledge, this is exclusively to collect addresses, a last chance to upgrade your pledge or purchase add-ons.

Our goal is to have the Pledge Manager live by Friday, October 23rd, noon PST.

Smoke Test

We are sending out a smoke test for 5% of backers to make sure everything is working properly. If you receive a notification, please respond as soon as possible so we can make adjustments and then open the Pledge Manager wide to all backers. The smoke test should be out shortly after posting this update. Our goal is to have the Pledge Manager live by Friday, October 23rd, noon PST.

Talespinner Studio

Last week we did a soft-launch of our Patreon for Talespinner Studio. It is a place where we will be sharing our other work outside Rat Queens, what is coming up in the year ahead as well as more personal work from both Shannon and I.

It is fully free to join, and all our work will be freely shared (no locked tiers), so if you are curious about who the studio behind the Rat Queens Redemption is, please join us there! We are planning Q&A'swith established creators (see our youtube channel for a taste of that) and some worldbuilding/writing workshops with me, just to name a few plans in the works. A cozy little spot to escape the world awhile!

Unsuccessful Charges

We're receiving a high number of messages about backers not being charged or charges being blocked on their credit card for their pledge tier. We recommend checking for notifications from your bank, as Backerkit should be attempting a few more times. We are currently waiting to hear back from the support team at Backerkit, but if you are having any issues at all, please drop an email to:

Pledge Manager and Rat Queens Miniatures

Yes, we added miniatures in the very last few hours due to a last minute pricing update from Panda Games! We know many have missed that window and the campaign ended, but we will be opening Pledge Manager in the coming weeks (October 19th is on the calendar!).

You will be able to add the miniatures or any other add-ons you might have missed, or even if you decide you want to upgrade your pledge, you may do so there as well! Note: We need to reach a threshold of 800 units sold to go forward, we are currently just under 300. Let's get these made!

You Know What? Screw it!

The last campaign was built on selling as much crap as humanly possible to get your money and delivering none of it. So, we're going to invert reality and, instead, release a bunch of beautiful art, for free, into your game. So, here you go!

We are just going to straight up add all remaining unrevealed allies to the game, all yours, taking this to a total of 16 Allies in the Ally Expansion Pack, collected and placed lovingly into in the Beautify, Second Wind, Veteran and Second Wind pledges.
